Responsibilities

- Author policy recommendations for regulatory bodies and industry standards
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical reviews into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics or responsible technology
- Published research on algorithmic bias or fairness in ML systems
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in philosophy of technology or value-sensitive design
- Experience with cross-cultural ethical analysis
- Proficiency in Python for bias detection tools
