- Mentor junior researchers in responsible AI methodologies
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in ML pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years researching AI ethics with published papers in top-tier journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis for bias detection
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on AI governance
- Strong background in applied ethics with real-world case studies
