Responsibilities
- Develop and enforce AI ethics policies aligned with 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems across product development lifecycle
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder consultations
- Research emerging ethical challenges in AI and propose mitigation strategies
- Train teams on ethical AI implementation and compliance frameworks
- Represent Innovatech at global ethics summits and regulatory dialogues
- Monitor AI deployments for bias, fairness, and transparency issues
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies and their societal implications
- Strong background in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, etc.)
- Proven ability to translate ethical principles into technical guidelines
- Experience with cross-cultural ethics assessments and stakeholder management
- Published research or industry recognition in AI ethics
