Responsibilities

- Conduct risk assessments for AI systems using advanced ethical evaluation methodologies
- Lead cross-functional working groups to embed ethical considerations into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for responsible AI practices through stakeholder education and industry thought leadership
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and standards to ensure compliance and proactive adaptation
- Design and execute bias mitigation strategies for machine learning models
- Establish transparent reporting mechanisms for AI system impacts and ethical outcomes
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of AI ethics experience
- Deep expertise in AI governance frameworks, including EU AI Act and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proven ability to translate complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements
- Experience conducting bias audits and fairness assessments for deployed AI systems
- Strong background in regulatory compliance for emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
