Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic foresight
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and competitive gaps
- Develop scenario-based models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Author thought leadership content and publish industry trend reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and boards
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or futurism
- Strong network connections with global innovation ecosystems
