Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI governance frameworks aligned with emerging 2026 regulatory standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and ethical risk assessments for high-impact AI systems
- Design and lead ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Establish transparent AI explainability protocols for automated decision-making systems
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on AI regulatory strategy and policy advocacy
- Monitor global AI ethics developments and adapt governance frameworks accordingly
- Lead stakeholder engagement initiatives to build consensus on ethical AI principles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible technology roles
- Deep expertise in global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Strong technical aptitude with experience in machine learning development lifecycle
- Proven track record of implementing organizational ethics frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) highly valued
- Experience with cross-functional ethical review boards preferred
