Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and predictive analytics
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning models
- Develop corporate governance policies for responsible AI deployment
- Lead stakeholder workshops on ethical AI adoption with Fortune 500 partners
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance protocols
- Collaborate with R&D teams to embed ethical considerations into product lifecycles
- Produce transparency reports and ethical impact assessments
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI, or ethics compliance
- Deep expertise in bias detection techniques for ML models
- Experience with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and other regulatory frameworks
- Strong background in participatory design methods for AI systems
- Published research or professional contributions to AI ethics discourse
- Proficiency in Python for AI model auditing and analysis
