Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and NIST standards
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems
- Develop internal policies for responsible AI deployment in high-stakes industries
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulatory bodies and ethics boards
- Create training programs on AI ethics for engineering and product teams
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and update compliance protocols quarterly
- Represent InnovateX in industry coalitions shaping AI governance standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Philosophy, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or regulatory compliance
- Deep knowledge of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO/IEC 42001)
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias assessments and mitigation
- Strong background in stakeholder communication and policy development
- Published work on AI ethics or demonstrated thought leadership
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CEGAI) or equivalent
