Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Conduct bias audits and risk assessments for ML models across product verticals
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical design principles in development pipelines
- Represent Nexus at industry forums on AI governance and policy
- Establish KPIs for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement
- Advocate for inclusive AI practices across product lifecycle
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics leadership roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proven experience implementing bias detection and mitigation strategies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible innovation
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ML model auditing and explainability techniques
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics field
