Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with emerging global regulations
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for AI systems using advanced statistical methods
- Partner with product teams to integrate ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Lead stakeholder engagement with regulators, policymakers, and industry coalitions
- Establish metrics for ethical AI performance and continuous improvement protocols
- Manage AI ethics incident response protocols and transparency reporting mechanisms
- Mentor cross-functional teams on responsible AI practices and emerging ethical challenges
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Law, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Deep expertise in AI ethics frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act, NIST RMF) and regulatory landscapes
- Proven track record of implementing governance policies in technology organizations
- Strong statistical analysis skills for bias detection and fairness evaluation
- Experience with AI development lifecycles and technical implementation constraints
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse audiences
- Published research or industry leadership in AI ethics or responsible AI
