Responsibilities
- Architect and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Lead bias audits and fairness assessments across ML development lifecycles

- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards into AI systems
- Represent Nexus at global AI ethics summits and policy forums
- Establish stakeholder engagement protocols for community impact assessments
- Drive research initiatives in explainable AI and algorithmic transparency
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 10+ years' AI governance experience
- Published research in algorithmic bias mitigation or AI ethics frameworks
- Proven track record of scaling ethics programs in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
- Deep understanding of ML fairness metrics (Demographic Parity, Equalized Odds)
- Executive-level experience presenting ethical AI cases to C-suite and boards
- Certification in Responsible AI from MIT or Stanford (required)
