Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with 2026 regulatory landscapes and societal expectations
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify ethical risks in AI deployments across autonomous systems, biotech, and quantum computing
- Develop strategic foresight models predicting societal impacts of emerging technologies through 2030
- Partner with engineering teams to embed ethical guardrails in AI development lifecycles
- Author thought leadership on AI governance, future-proofing organizations, and ethical tech adoption
- Advocate for responsible AI policies in industry forums and regulatory consultations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, ethics, or technology strategy with Fortune 500 or regulatory bodies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, neurotech, and synthetic biology
- Proven track record developing ethical AI frameworks (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design, EU AI Act compliance)
- Exceptional foresight modeling skills with demonstrated ability to predict tech-society intersections
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., Google AI Ethics Certificate) or futures forecasting (e.g., WFS certification)
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on tech policy matters
