Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams and millions of concurrent users.
- Model Optimization: Lead the optimization of deep learning models for latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency, ensuring deployment on edge devices.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate the 2026 technical vision into actionable engineering milestones and technical specifications.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our ecosystem.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish and enforce high coding standards, conducting rigorous code reviews and mentoring junior engineers.
- Innovation Labs: Experiment with emerging technologies such as generative adversarial networks (GANs) and transformer models to push the boundaries of current capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Machine Learning and AI infrastructure.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability, fault-tolerant systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex architectural issues and innovate under pressure.
