Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring our products remain at the cutting edge of the 2026 technological landscape.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models and generative AI systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in real-world applications.
- Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate theoretical AI models into production-ready software.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with human values.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and design systems that scale from prototype to enterprise.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
