Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for our upcoming product releases, focusing on AI integration and spatial interfaces.
- High-Performance Development: Design and implement scalable backend systems and intuitive frontend experiences using modern web technologies.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with UX designers and data scientists to translate complex research into elegant, functional solutions.
- Optimization & Innovation: Continuously refactor legacy codebases to meet the performance standards required for real-time AR/VR applications.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices in futuristic tech stacks.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies like WebGPU and advanced neural networks for implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong portfolio of deployed products.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in React, Node.js, Python, and experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Futuristic Expertise: Demonstrated interest or experience in Web3, Spatial Computing, or Generative AI technologies.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to architect solutions for complex, undefined problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
