Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical initiatives with long-term business goals.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for emerging technologies such as AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Networks.
- Architect high-performance, scalable systems capable of handling exponential growth and global demand.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to translate complex technical visions into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and operational excellence across the organization.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Present technical strategies to executive leadership and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong preference for leadership roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing complex distributed systems and cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Proven track record of strategic planning and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on the industry by 2026.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
