Responsibilities

- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks focused on next-gen innovation
- Create executive briefings and white papers on technological disruption opportunities
- Mentor R&D teams on future-proofing product architectures
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with documented accuracy
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience developing long-term strategic plans for Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
