Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Design innovation frameworks for sustainable tech adoption in Fortune 500 enterprises
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive leadership and board members
- Manage cross-functional innovation labs with $10M+ annual R&D budgets
- Establish partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutions
- Mentor a team of 15+ futurists and technology strategists
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years at executive level
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technology trends (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Experience with global innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
