Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Design and execute innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive stakeholders and board members
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate next-gen startups
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring technological readiness and adoption timelines
- Organize and lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' for rapid prototyping and validation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching market-defining technology products/services
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable milestones
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- PhD or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategic foresight
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Technology Assessment a plus
