Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Anticipate societal and regulatory shifts affecting technology deployment
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine collaboration
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present strategic foresight findings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio for 2026 technology pilots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or innovation forecasting
- Published research on emerging technologies or peer-reviewed foresight methodology
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology
- Experience with policy development for emerging technologies (e.g., NIST AI Framework)
- Track record of launching technologies with 5+ year impact horizons
- PhD or equivalent in Technology Forecasting, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
