- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present disruptive technology forecasts to Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and futurists
- File 3+ patents annually for 2026-focused innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Published thought leadership on 2026+ tech trends (HBR/MIT Review)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning or neural-semantic interfaces
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience with DARPA/NASA-level innovation ecosystems
