Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive forces in AI/ML, quantum systems, and neurotech
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantifiable impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen human-computer interaction systems
- Advocate for ethical frameworks in autonomous decision-making technologies
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and geopolitical tech competition dynamics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, or quantum AI
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and predictive analytics
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented technology foresight initiatives
- Clearance for international tech collaboration projects
