- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding for experimental projects
- Author white papers on technology policy and adoption
- Mentor a team of 15+ research scientists and engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum/AI/quantum fields
- Experience with technology impact assessment frameworks
- Track record of scaling experimental technologies
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor and biotech convergence
- Certification in Future Studies (AFS preferred)
- Portfolio of implemented tech roadmaps
