Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives to prototype next-gen digital solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends and geopolitical impacts on digital transformation
- Present strategic foresight reports to executive stakeholders and industry panels
- Establish innovation frameworks for ethical technology adoption and governance
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation pipeline

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Experience with global technology policy and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (preferred)
