- Establish KPI frameworks for emerging technology adoption across 15+ business units
- Conduct quarterly horizon scanning sessions with MIT Media Lab and Stanford Future Science Institute
- Author '2026 Technology Impact Reports' for board of directors and investors
- Manage $5M innovation budget for prototype development of speculative technologies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Published research in top-tier journals on AI ethics or quantum applications
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience with Delphi methodology and technology impact assessments
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-tech implementations
