Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across AI, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Mentor technical teams in rapid prototyping and agile development methodologies
- Secure patents and intellectual property for breakthrough innovations
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or product development with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum/sustainability solutions from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in futures methodologies, technology forecasting, and innovation frameworks
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional leadership skills managing technical teams of 15+ professionals
- Certifications in agile/Scrum and technology innovation management preferred
