Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning emerging trends with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts for 2026 deployment
- Analyze global tech ecosystems (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify competitive advantages
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption timelines
- Present strategic frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and manage a network of futurists, academic partners, and industry thought leaders
- Translate complex technological possibilities into compelling narratives for diverse audiences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record of predicting and capitalizing on emerging tech trends (2018-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing applications, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFP, WFS) or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience visualizing complex scenarios
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (MIT Tech Review, Wired, etc.)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on 5-10 year technology roadmaps
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
