- Drive quantum-computing integration for enterprise optimization across finance and healthcare
- Establish innovation KPIs tracking carbon-negative technology adoption
- Secure partnerships with national labs and academic institutions for 2026 breakthrough projects
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech innovation leadership with proven 10+ year strategic planning success
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, or sustainable tech architecture
- Track record of scaling ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Mandarin, German, or Japanese for global collaboration
- Professional certification in Quantum Machine Learning (QML)
