- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies including quantum computing and advanced AI systems

- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or platforms
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Strong background in strategic planning and roadmap development
- Experience managing R&D budgets exceeding $5M
- Prior success in building and scaling innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
