Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Expertise in forecasting tech trends beyond 2025 horizon
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Strong patent portfolio (10+ granted innovations)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CII)
- Fluency in English and Mandarin for global partnerships
