Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption scenarios
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive market opportunities and risks
- Produce trend analysis reports and scenario planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish industry thought leadership through keynote presentations and white papers
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global network of innovation partners
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (MS/MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or trend analyses
