Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and systemic risks
- Produce strategic foresight reports with quantitative and qualitative future-state projections
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready principles into innovation pipelines
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring adoption and impact of emerging technologies
- Represent the organization at global futurism forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior futurists and build a culture of anticipatory intelligence
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology forecasting
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, scenario modeling)
- Experience with global regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
