- Lead quarterly innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate emerging technologies
- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for 5-year strategic pivots
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across product development lifecycle
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence trends
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into market-ready products
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-proofed product launches
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and predictive modeling platforms
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
