Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neural interfaces) to map 2026-2030 adoption curves
- Develop scenario-based models for geopolitical and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Author quarterly Horizon Reports with data-driven predictions and risk assessments
- Design innovation frameworks for clients to navigate technological singularity
- Collaborate with R&D teams on prototype development for 2026-ready solutions
- Present findings at global futurist conferences and whitepaper publications
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-scenario models or predictive frameworks
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir)
- Experience with systems dynamics modeling (AnyLogic, Vensim)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, nanotech, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into actionable insights
