Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026
- Develop quantitative and qualitative future scenario models for enterprise resilience planning
- Design and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into corporate strategy and R&D priorities
- Present future insights to executive boards and investor forums through compelling narratives
- Build and lead a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Author high-impact white papers on emerging paradigms and their business implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two of these domains: AI ethics, quantum computing, climate tech, or biotechnology
- Exceptional data visualization skills with proficiency in tools like Tableau or D3.js
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or foresight academy)
