Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for emerging technologies with global impact
- Design human-centered frameworks for ethical deployment of autonomous systems
- Present strategic forecasts to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Establish innovation partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Stanford HAI, and similar institutions
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive analytics and trend synthesis methodologies
- Author white papers on sustainable technology adoption for 2026 digital ecosystems
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of technology forecasting with 95%+ accuracy in predicting market shifts
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized AI systems
- Published author in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and UN technology committees
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026-focused innovation projects
