Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid architectures supporting 10,000+ qubit systems
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum networking protocols for global quantum internet backbone
- Lead implementation of post-quantum cryptographic frameworks for critical infrastructure
- Architect AI-orchestrated quantum resource optimization systems
- Design zero-trust security models for quantum-entangled data networks
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of quantum physicists, cryptographers, and AI specialists
- Pioneer quantum-resistant blockchain consensus mechanisms
- Research quantum machine learning frameworks for predictive analytics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep knowledge of post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record designing complex distributed systems at scale
- Strong background in AI/ML integration with quantum systems
- Published research in quantum information science or related fields
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
