Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of 2026 initiative projects, ensuring alignment with strategic vision
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology domains
- Develop and maintain project roadmaps with measurable milestones for emerging tech adoption
- Stakeholder management with executive leadership and external innovation partners
- Drive agile methodologies while maintaining rigorous quality assurance protocols
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis for 2026 technology trends
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management for high-impact projects
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology project leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record delivering complex initiatives in AI, quantum, or biotech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in agile/scrum methodologies with PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder communication skills
- Experience scaling tech projects from prototype to commercial deployment
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven decision-making approach
