Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)

- Certified in Futures Design Thinking (e.g., from Institute of the Future)
