Responsibilities
- Architect and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for emerging tech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security frameworks
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies with trillion-dollar market potential
- Forge strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present future-tech blueprints to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive R&D initiatives in neural interface and climate modeling technologies
- Mentor next-generation innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology innovation or corporate R&D leadership
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures to $1B+ valuations
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for frontier technologies
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
