Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmaps by analyzing technological convergence, regulatory shifts, and societal transformation trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused insights into development pipelines
- Produce scenario-based strategic forecasts for executive decision-making
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and market readiness
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning or innovation roles within tech/consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, neurotech)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with futures research tools (Horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
