Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with long-term business objectives
- Drive R&D investments through rigorous ROI analysis and risk assessment frameworks

- Build and nurture partnerships with leading academic institutions and global innovation hubs

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in innovation strategy, product development, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with measurable market impact
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience influencing executive decision-making
