Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 5-10 year market impact
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for quantum computing, bio-integration, and autonomous systems
- Orchestrate cross-functional R&D sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven projections
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough innovations in AI ethics and sustainable tech
- Mentor junior futurists through our Innovation Academy program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic innovation roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth tech companies
- Proven track record of launching products with 10+ year market vision
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight methodologies
