- Present innovation roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and investors
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with next-gen technology adoption
- Mentor junior talent in future-focused development practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product leadership with future-facing projects
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, neuromorphic computing)
- Proven track record of launching scalable platforms serving 1M+ users
- Strong background in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) and AI governance
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
