Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead R&D initiatives in AI, quantum computing, and sustainable energy solutions

- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite executives and board members
- Secure and manage $5M+ annual R&D budgets

Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in agile development and emerging tech frameworks
- Experience securing venture capital or corporate innovation funding
- Published research in peer-reviewed tech journals (preferred)
