You'll lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes, securing patents, and launching ventures that position Nexus Global at the forefront of technological evolution.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing and launching breakthrough products/services
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Secure strategic partnerships and $10M+ innovation funding annually
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolio development (target: 50+ filings by 2026)
- Mentor junior innovation specialists through structured development programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation management or strategic technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech commercialization
- Certification in Design Thinking or Lean Innovation methodologies
- Experience securing Series A+ venture capital funding
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan
- Fluency in at least two languages beyond English
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution (Stanford, MIT, INSEAD)
