Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI ethics, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale next-gen solutions
- Partner with venture capitalists to secure $50M+ annual innovation funding
- Author white papers on disruptive technologies for global policy summits
- Curate FutureWorks' annual 2026 Tech Symposium featuring 200+ industry pioneers
- Mentor emerging talent through our Quantum-AI Accelerator program
- Drive patent portfolio expansion targeting 50+ new filings annually
Qualifications
- 15+ years in R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech strategy
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or equivalent disruptive field
- Published research in Nature/Science or top-tier AI/quantum journals
- Track record of scaling innovations to $100M+ market valuations
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI ethics
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Proven ability to secure federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
