- Translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies
- Mentor cross-functional teams on emerging technologies and future-proof methodologies
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing future-focused products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strategic certification in innovation management (e.g., CII, CEI)
- Experience with agile methodologies for long-term innovation cycles
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
