- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor talent pipeline in future-focused skill development (neuro-interface design, predictive analytics)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven 5+ year impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published research or patents in emerging technology applications (2018-2023)
- Experience scaling global innovation initiatives across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for AI ethics and biotechnology
