Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap covering AI ethics, quantum computing applications, and biotech convergence
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of PhD researchers, engineers, and UX designers
- Secure $50M+ in federal grants and private venture capital for emerging tech initiatives
- Develop patent portfolios in next-gen fields including neuromorphic computing and climate-adaptive materials
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board members
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and global innovation hubs
- Oversee commercialization of 3+ breakthrough technologies annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 15+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety protocols, or synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal SBIR/STTR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Published author in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on future technologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global stakeholder engagement
- Active portfolio of 15+ patents or peer-reviewed papers
- Executive presence with Fortune 500 board presentation experience
